Based in Jersey, Channel Islands, Amy is a moving image artist and animator specialising in stop-motion animation and sound design. Amy has worked in various roles across the arts, education and charity sectors and has a BA in Animation from the University of the West of England. In 2023, she worked as a student mentor to support UWE student interns to produce, ‘Visual Encounters’ the first issue of UWE School of Art’s online student academic journal. In 2021 and 2019, Amy worked for the British Film Institute’s Animation Academy as an Animation Tutor. Her written work comprises of film reviews, articles and interviews for Skwigly Animation Magazine and Puppet Place News.
